Finally There...

It has been sometime,
How long is just a faint idea,
Time eloped with certain crime,
But still we held on near....

The time has come when reality strikes,
The mind boggles at what lies ahead,
Times are hard when uncertainty bites,
If it all turns out wrong I'd rather be dead...

With hope I lift my head,
Fighting for the joy we could share,
Coming up to finally not be afraid,
To tell the world that I'm taking her there...
