The Awaited Escape

Unexpected surprise

Who would have thought that a night out would be so worth remembering. She called and asked whether I'd like to catch a movie. It was like an innocent invitation to which I gladly obliged. The last movie we watched together was quite long ago. So, expectations were that we could at least spend time catching a movie by hook or by crook.

Well, the surprise came when she offered to pay the expenses for the whole night. Hence, I gladly oblidged also.

Who would have guessed:
TGIF followed by movie "The Kingdom"

I'm speechless to the fact that she was willing to spend so much tonight. It amounted to around RM90.00, which was almost 10 percent of her pay. We spent time talking over dinner and sharing about our day. She allowed me to share most about my final presentation for my dissertation. I felt like a VIP by the way she attended and listened to me. I had the feeling that the main theme of the night was celebrating me.

Ultimately, I understand that a relationship needs surprises and quality time to maintain. I know that her 2 main love languages are quality time and physical intimacy, which I would gladly commit to. Not only for being temporary but to last the rest of my life. I believe that God brought us together and there is nothing I would change in the world just to be with her. Thank you Mun Yee for your love.

The sister's in law

It was truly amazing seeing that she clicked with my sister very well. It's almost like own sisters chatting together. Well, I was the one who was as if the odd one out disturbing a girl talk. However, I thank God that He has given us closed ones such as my sister to be there supporting us too. She has been accomodating and understanding for the time being that my parents aren't.

Mun Yee, was so automatic in catching up with my sister. I for one cherish tonight as it was one of those nights where I got to hear what she wanted to work as after graduation and indeed I know she has her desires. Well, as a boyfriend I will support her in whichever work that she lands in and would try my best to be as close to her as possible. Not to work too far from her place so that we still can meet up like tonight. Thanks for being there for me Mun Yee. I love you...=)
